Appointments
Appointments for in-clinic services can be booked through our website booking system.
Mobile ear wax removal home visits are currently arranged by telephone only. Details regarding mobile appointments are explained on the relevant service and booking pages.
When booking an appointment, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend.
Helm Hearing reserves the right to refuse or rearrange appointments where necessary.
